Virtual race info 2020

To be the most inclusive to runners of all abilities, we have 3 options for you to be able to set yourself a goal and be your own 10K champion.


For all 3 options, we need you to submit your evidence from Strava, Map My Run, Garmin or similar GPS run tracker, to 


For anyone without GPS technology, a description of your route with photos will be sufficient evidence.


All runners will have a bespoke race memento sent to you.


All race options cost £10 to enter.

Option 1: 10K in 10 days

New to running?  Ready for a challenge but not yet ready for a full 10K?  Then this is the one is for you. 


What you need to do

Run a total of 10K between 18th and 27th September, whether that is 2 x 5K runs or 10 x 1K runs - or anything in between.  Set your own challenge level.  Submit your evidence to us by 27th September.

Option 2: Coolings TH10K in 10 days

Love our race route? Ready to take on "that hill"?  We can't provide the marshal support this year but you know we will be cheering you on virtually and from at least 2 metres!


What you need to do

Run the TH10K race route any time between 18th and 27th September (to support social distancing).  Submit your evidence to us by 27th September.


Prizes for the fastest male and fastets female.

Option 3: The 10 x 10 challenge

Need something a little more challenging? A single 10K just not enough for you?  Will you take on our 10 by 10 challenge?


What you need to do

Run up to 10 x 10K runs between 1st and 27th September.  Submit your evidence to us by 27th September.


Prize for the most 10Ks in the fastest time.
